At Stories & Ink, we want you to love your tattoo care as much as your ink. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging, then securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
